Friday Yoga
Yoga for strength and flexibility
Rocket inspired flow with opportunities for arm balances and inversions.
£12.50 per class PAYG
£100 for ten sessions (save £25!)
Group classes at The Laurie Apted Building in Southwater, suitable for all levels. A rocket inspired class to challenge and stretch you while building strength.
Fridays at 6pm, 75 minute class.


HOME STUDIO
Small 1 hour classes with no more than 5 participants. Tuesdays 6pm. Pay as you go £10 per session.10 session pass £85.
Join me in my home for a yoga class tailored to a small group of learners. We focus on breath and gentle movement to start, and then work together towards a deeper understanding of asanas and pranayama (poses and breathing). 1 hour class.

I started yoga as a way to relax and de-stress and this really works for me. But since joining yoga with Manf it has become so much more. Sam is encouraging and she challenges us but the classes are small enough that you feel confident to ask questions while you go along. This has really helped improve my practice. Exercise used to be something I had to force myself to do but these classes, I really look forward to. Sam has me trying new things and wanting to learn and get better.
I can't recommend her enough.
